The vision of a few stalwart community of India gave birth to the idea of forming the integrated community health association mainly to provide a common forum to the Community physicians of India to meet and to share experience and research observations in the field of community Medicine.

• To reduce the incidence of the disease burden of communicable or non-communicable or both as the case may be in the selected geographical area during a specific period of time.
• To have public awareness about the importance of hygiene, dietary habits, prevention, promotion, etc through all systems of medicine in the area.
• To establish a Surveillance System for early identification of the outbreak.
• To increase the accessibility of treatment of the population residing in a particular geographical region.
• To preserve reproductive services, to promote health and wellness, and to advocate for quality healthcare through grant-making and education in India & particularly in Uttar Pradesh.
